Boho Five is a state-of-the-art £4m building in Middlesbrough. A new addition to the Middlehaven area, it was built exclusively for digital and creative businesses. It required a visual identity to accompany its existing logo and exterior, as well as launch promotion and ongoing marketing and PR activities to attract new tenants.
We created an identity that reflected the buildings architecture and striking black and orange exterior that could run across all printed and digital collateral. A brochure for potential tenants and pop up banners were the first executions of Boho Five’s fresh and contemporary identity.
We created and implemented a 12-month strategic marketing plan to address the initial goals, which included media advertising, social media for lead generation and brand building PR activities.
Boho Five boasts an impressive identity that showcases the creativity, energy and enthusiasm of the businesses within the building. The high profile event, which took place in August 2015, was a huge success and received extensive post-event media coverage in the local, regional and national press as well as TV and radio.
The ongoing PR and marketing activities, including social media and editorial content, have played a pivotal role in securing tenants in the building. The building has attracted various digital and creative companies from the Tees Valley and is now reaching capacity just 18 months after opening.
